Summary
4-HO-EPT is a novel research chemical with very little history of human use before 2016 and almost no scientific research on its pharmacology, metabolism, or toxicity. Unlike more visual tryptamines, it primarily enhances colors with a neon quality rather than producing strong visual distortions. Users report a strong euphoric body high sometimes compared to opiates, with a generally light and positive mindset.

4-HO-EPT: Intense Energy, Calm Contemplation 11-27-2020 by Xorkoth 2:25pm (T+0:00) - I ingested 42mg orally at this point. It was a fine, chalky powder, like basically all of the 4-sub tryptamines are. Unlike the others, its taste is really surprising.
This was my fourth experience with 4-HO-EPT. I have to say, as much as I was looking forward to this trip, it was kind of a mixed bag, and probably more on the negative side.

The experience as whole actually wasn't really that remarkable, and normally I probably wouldn't write a report about such a trip on half the maximum dose I have already written about before, but I did want to get this one out there due to the different perspective I took on...
The following is an experience report which details my first (as well as my partnerΒs first) experience taking 4-HO-EPT. Having tried other 4-substituted tryptamines including 4-HO-MPT, 4-HO-MiPT, and 4-AcO-MiPT, I was looking forward to adding this substance to my 4-sub repertoire.
