    Summary dose.wiki

1D-LSD is a prodrug of LSD with a 1,2-dimethylcyclobutane-1-carbonyl group at the N1 position. User reports suggest it is approximately 15-25% less potent by weight than LSD-25, though this varies between individuals and batches. Some blotters sold as 1D-LSD have been found to contain 1T-LSD (1-thienoyl-LSD) instead; reagent tests confirm lysergamide presence but cannot distinguish between analogues.

    Perspectives

“It bore all the hallmarks of a lysergamide- patterned intentional visuals, teal-pink color schemes, a long duration with a drawn out euphoric stimulating afterglow, analytical, sentimental, profound and joyous headspace. This is certainly a compound that offers a worthwhile experience.”

Each bar shows the share of analyzed reports whose text mentions that effect — a mention is not always a first-hand experience (fear of an effect, something witnessed, or "did not happen" count too). Tap or hover any number for details. The second value is the Bluelight extractor's per-effect confidence; a dash means the row is Erowid-derived, which has no confidence measurement.

    Add to PsychonautWiki Journal

The PsychonautWiki Journal logging app doesn't include every substance. To track 1D-LSD there, start adding an ingestion, search for the name, and choose to add it as a custom substance. Paste these values:

    Name
    1D-LSD
    Unit
    Β΅g
    Description
    1D-LSD
    Source: SubstanceSearch (substancesearch.com)

    Oral duration: onset 0.5-1h Β· peak 4-6h Β· total 10-14h

Note: ranges are harm-reduction guidance, not a prescription. Start low, go slow, and test your substances.

Tip: for quicker logging you can also add a Custom Unit in the app, e.g. common dose ~ 112.5 Β΅g (Oral).

The app keeps custom substances simple, so the full dose ranges live in the description text above. Ranges are harm-reduction guidance, not a prescription.
