Baclofen (also known as Lioresal, Gablofen, Kemstro, Liofen) is a depressant substance of the gabapentinoid class. It is a derivative of GABA and is chemically related to phenibut, pregabalin, and gabapentin. It primarily acts as a GABAB receptor agonist.

Falls after you stop, at a rate that varies from person to person. If you've been using regularly, cut down gradually with medical help rather than stopping suddenly.
No tolerance chart. Our decay curves for these drugs were estimates, and a curve can make tolerance look longer-lasting than it is, which is the dangerous direction.
How fast tolerance to these drugs fades after a break has not been measured well enough to draw, so don't count on a dose you used to take still being safe: after time off, start with a much smaller amount and don't use alone. Mixing sedatives with each other, with alcohol or with opioids sharply raises the risk of a fatal overdose. If you've been using regularly, don't stop suddenly: withdrawal from benzodiazepines, alcohol or GHB/GBL can cause seizures or delirium, so get medical help to cut down gradually.

I found a bottle of Bacolfin and decided to give it a go because, I am that kind of person sorry if it offends you. At 7p.m. I took 40mgs total of four ten mg pills and went cleaning. Didn't feel anything 15 mins later at 7:15 besides the feeling of tiredness.
Subject: Like alcohol, but without the good aspects Years ago, I sustained a concussion from being punched in the head. It dramatically and permanently worsened my short-term memory and concentration. It also caused chronic emotional lability, anxiety, and occasional rage.
I came across Baclofen one day in 2005 when I ran out of weed and I really needed something to keep my mind off it, because I had no cash and no way of getting weed for a few days. I was searching my house. The only thing I found was a bottle of pills prescribed to my mom as muscle relaxers.
Over my life I have struggled with addictions of one sort or another. My entire family tree is littered with alcoholics and opiate abusers. By the age of 30 I was well on the way to becoming another casualty with alcohol abuse which was destroying my life, career and family.
My sister received a prescription for Baclofen for an injury she got at work but never finished the pills. Having suffered from alcoholism and other mental illness, I am in recovery and take Lithium, Seroquel and Ulcer medication, not to mention the various 'muscle relaxants and narcotics' for a hip injury.
I had suffered from moderately severe depression for a couple of years. I had been drinking heavily during this time. I was obsessed with the idea of dying...I wanted to be dead and had researched the lethal dosage of a few drugs and taken a dosage higher than that which I had read about.
This seems to be a higher dosage for baclofen. When it came on, I experienced a lot of dizziness, very comparable to the sought-after effects of alcohol. I think at my dosage I was right at the line where the effects can become so powerful they are uncomfortable.

A bit of background: I've done shrooms, smoked pot, done coke and oxy and vicodin, had ambien, adderall, etc. I've had a decent amount of experience with benzos as well as alcohol. Baclofen has been compared to GHB and I have never had a chance to try that.
