Summary
Nimetazepam is a potent intermediate-acting benzodiazepine with rapid onset and high abuse potential. It is primarily prescribed in Asia for severe insomnia and as an anticonvulsant in children. The drug has near 100% oral bioavailability and is the N-methylated analogue of nitrazepam, to which it partially metabolizes.

How fast tolerance to these drugs fades after a break has not been measured well enough to draw, so don't count on a dose you used to take still being safe: after time off, start with a much smaller amount and don't use alone. Mixing sedatives with each other, with alcohol or with opioids sharply raises the risk of a fatal overdose. If you've been using regularly, don't stop suddenly: withdrawal from benzodiazepines, alcohol or GHB/GBL can cause seizures or delirium, so get medical help to cut down gradually.

My first encounter with this beloved substance of mine was introduced to me by my friends. Sold for $80 for a strip (containing 10 pills, blister packed), I bought two pills (5mg each) off a friend of mine. So did my other friend, let's call him A.
This is my first experience with benzos. Prices range from 8-10 bucks per pill, or 80 dollars for a slab (10 pills). I bought 2 pills from a friend of mine. He suggested me to put the pills under my tongue while sipping some redbull until it dissolves. The redbull can be substituted with espresso according to him.
