So, this was a long time ago, but I thought since I discovered this subreddit I might as well post it here. I would NEVER suggest doing Benadryl or any DPH, it was one of the worst experiences of my life. So for reasons I won’t discuss here, I ended up taking 30 25mg Benadryl.

Diphenhydramine (also known as DPH, Dimedrol, Benadryl, and many others) is a deliriant substance of the ethanolamine class. It is a first-generation H1 antihistamine that is widely used as a generic, over-the-counter medication to treat allergies. When exceeding approved doses, diphenhydramine produces powerful deliriant effects.

Idek what to say tbh, I’ve struggled with DPH abuse for a few years along with other substances. I stopped doing any DPH about half a year ago when I took 5,000mg and ended up in a coma in the ICU.
Came across this sub and figured I’d share my experience. This happened about 8 years ago. Me and my girlfriend at the time were broke, bored, and not having the best time together at that point.

Im (1) (3) when I was 12 I took 45 pills of benadryl and I almost died i was having a seizure and my mom rushed me to the hospital. I still have some hppd symptoms to this day and that was over a year ago.
last year i was court ordered to a year of rehab after i caught a fent charge. WORST time of my life like ever, I started abusing dph because it was all i could access. i used huge amounts multiple times everyday, near the end i was taking multiple grams a day.
I'm only 17 and i dont know what im going to do with my life but every time i do dxm and dph i feel my brain phsyically melting as well as my internal organs deteriorating. Im not even suicidal anymore i just love dxm and dph. I steal so much dxm and dph and I can't stop.

I have ALOT of experience with dryl. When I first started taking it I was afraid of it, kinda, I just wasnt real big on intentionally overdosing on something to get stoned. so I would take like 4 of them and feel kinda stoned.
Before summer of 2003, I started to experiment with drugs. I had been smoking cigarettes since I was 8, and at this time I was 13. I started with weed and then I progressed to harder drugs. I had just heard about DXM in september 03.

The Effects: The first time I took Benadryl, it gave me this weird feeling of familiarity, like I've experienced a high like it before, but to this day I can't quite place it. It's sort of like alcohol, in it's downer effects, but more like weed, in its mentally disabling effects.
11:10 PM, two handfuls, 750mg worth of benadryl down the hatch. I consider myself an 'experienced tripper', I've done lsd, lsa, shrooms, dmt, dxm, and dph. My highest dph dose was 1200 (a story much harder to put into words).
