I have been experimenting with numerous drugs over the years, marijuana, synthetic cannabinoids, mushrooms, ecstasy, salvia, LSD, alcohol and some others. My main drug use has been from marijuana, but I will tell you this: AM-2201 is NOT like getting high from marijuana.

Summary
AM-2201 is an extremely potent full agonist at CB1/CB2 receptors (~4β10Γ potency of JWH-018). Milligram-accurate weighing (0.000 mg resolution) and volumetric dilution are strongly recommended; eyeballing plant material almost always leads to overdose. Acute toxicity can include severe anxiety, hypertension, tachyarrhythmia, hyperemesis, and generalized tonicβclonic seizures.

Effects
Aggregated from 18 single-substance Erowid experience reports; 11 Erowid reports where another drug was taken too are left out
Each bar shows the share of analyzed reports whose text mentions that effect — a mention is not always a first-hand experience (fear of an effect or something witnessed can count). Mentions saying the effect did not happen are left out; that check reads keywords, so it can miss some. The shaded band on a bar, and the small range after its number, is the 95% interval: where the share could plausibly be with other reports of the same kind. Fewer reports, wider band. Tap or hover any number for details. The second value is the Bluelight extractor's per-effect confidence; a dash means the row is Erowid-derived, which has no confidence measurement.
Too few reports for bars: these effects come from 18 single-substance Erowid reports, and a bar is drawn only from 20 reports or more. With fewer, a percentage cannot tell a common effect from a rare one. Counts are shown instead. Why 20?

Also reported in combinations. In the 11 AM-2201 reports where another drug was taken too, 5 mention hospital, emergency services or an overdose, 1 a seizure and 1 psychosis (too few reports for percentages). In the 18 single-substance reports: 7, 3 and 1. These are not in the figures above: they cannot be put down to AM-2201 alone, and a mention is not always something that happened to the writer.

For my age, I am very experienced drug user. It should be said, I am prescribed 8mg Buprenorphine (Suboxone) per day and take the occasional benzodiazepine. Aside from these, my involvement with a local drug court dictates that I abstain from marijuana, so about a year ago, I turned to synthetic cannabinoids.
A little background: I've been quit smoking marijuana more than 3 years for ongoing health/asthma issues associated with long term heavy use. I really used it for lifelong sleeplessness and anxiety issues that most prescribed medications do not begin to address.
I received a gram of the legal AM-2201 synthetic cannabinoid from a highly reputable source. It appeared as a fine white powder with maybe just a hint of tan. After reading researching online quite a bit it was clear the normal dosage is somewhere between 0.5mg to 2mg at most and that higher dosage usually result in a...
It was a Friday afternoon approximately 8:00 pm, I went to my friend A's house where I normally hang out before work. I work 3rd shift in the emergency room in the hospital closest to where I live. I had only slept about 2 hours that day. I was extremely tired and a bit stressed out for various reasons.
AM2201 is a HIGHLY potent synthetic cannabinoid to be used with caution. To provide some background on my use of substances, I have dabbled in a little of everything: tons and tons of weed, coke, molly, shitty beans from the ghetto, LSD, ketamine, shrooms, salvia, nitrous, DMT, and the list goes on.
I have come into various forums more than once touting my skills as an advanced, mature and responsible researcher. I have also been very harsh when folks basically have what appears to be a panic attack or psychological freak-out, then make dire posts about AM-2201 or similar compounds being the route causative factor...

A couple months ago I acquired a couple grams of AM-2201 from a reputable vendor. It came as a clear white crystalline powder. Not being able to afford pot as often as I would like, the information I had found concerning these synthetic cannabinoids, particularly the potency of ones such as AM-2201, was quite intriguin...
EDIT: Ok. So I really want people who are regular or everyday cannabis users and read reports on here about OD's from this to forget them. I have been Smoking Hash, Weed and have a High Tolerance.
Not necessarily a report, but useful information nonetheless. First off I'd like to say I smoke weed to relax, enhance certain leisure activities and to help ease nausea while tripping. I've been smoking regularly off and on for about 5 years (mostly on) at varying degrees.
I recently ordered one gram of AM-2201, a synthetic cannabinoid, from a trusted online vendor. After hearing that this stuff was as potent as it was, I couldn't wait to try it. Now, I wasn't sure how to smoke the pure stuff. All I had heard was people putting it on Damiana or something else and making homemade spice.
I am an experienced user of JWH-018 and AM-2201. I used to smoke them daily. I did experience a mild JWH-018 overdose, and it was intense, but bearable. It did not cause a psychedelic experience like AM-2201 did.
My experience with cannabinoids, I have never taken AM-2201 or JWH-XXX and only tried incense products containing cannabinoids (Ultra Cloud 10, K2, Wicked XXX). The day started early at 6AM, I was getting ready for school and recently received 2 G's of AM-2201, I was going to be taking this orally.
AM-2201 - Synthetic weed - First time. Absolutely horrible. This is what I am told it was. A type of synthetic weed. My friend said come get high on some legal stuff he bought from a smoke shop. Having no experience in these type of substances, nor really weed, I said ok.
