Ok, this is my experience of 3mmc/icecream First let me describe myself. I am a 25 year old male, weighing about 65kg, 175cm tall. My usage was mainly nasal, oral only a couple of times. I started using ice about 2 months ago. The nasal dosage was always from about 100mg to 200mg.

Summary

My partner and I have now taken it three times a couple of months apart. What we love most about it is now it is simultaneously both so light and yet so profound. It doesnยt get us high, thereยs little body load - a bit of jaw clenching and the stimulant effect lasts a few hours after the euphoric part has ended.
I think of myself as an educated, rational-thinking guy, that is very curious in substances that alter the human mind. I try to keep my consumption habits in a moderate range and reflect my drug taking pattern to stay physically and mentally healthy.

To this day, I have tried numbers of cathinones such as Hexen (N-ethyl-hexedrone), NDH, 3-FPM and others, though I prefer psychedelics to cathinones and other speed-like substances.

3-MMC, 150mg oral male, 80kg, 40y., exp. female, 50kg, 35y, med. exp. story: our baby giraffe found a bag labelled "3-mmc" on her daily walk. she heard, that that substance would be similar to 4-mmc, which she liked very much. secretly we stole it from her pocket and decided to have it for ourselves.
I won't bore you with all the drugs I've done, but I have done MDxx, amphetamine, methamphetamine, 4-MMC, aPVP, MDPV, JWHs, LSD, shrooms, weed, IV coke, crack, heroin, other opiates, DXM, 2C-Xs, benzos, MPH, EPH, 5-MAPB, TMA-2, TMA-6, GHB, ketamine, MXE, AMT, DMT, and various other tryptamines.
After my first experience a few days before, at 1, 10, 20, 30mg orally over about 3 hours or so, totalling 60mg (which was surprisingly quite active for such a low dose), I upped the dose a bit over that and started at 80mg this time. On a full stomach this took probably an hour to have an effect.
