Bought a bottle of Picamilon powder, 20 G, some time ago which was refrigerated until use and after checking out dosages. Recently tried 350 mg which is what I could stuff into a '00' capsule. The highest dosage I noted on the internet was 100 mg 3 times a day.

An analogue of GABA that does pass the brain blood barrier, which is then hydrolyzed into GABA and Niacin. In which the GABA could produce an anxiolytic effect. The Niacin as a vasodilator.
