Summary
Acetaminophen is a non-salicylate analgesic and antipyretic (pain killer and fever reducer). It is a common over-the-counter pain medication found in hundreds of products around the world. At higher doses it is known to cause liver-damage and has a low therapeutic index (ratio of effective dose to toxic dose), making it dangerous when included in recreationally used pharmaceuticals.

Add to PsychonautWiki Journal
The PsychonautWiki Journal logging app doesn't include every substance. To track Paracetamol there, start adding an ingestion, search for the name, and choose to add it as a custom substance. Paste these values:
Paracetamol Source: SubstanceSearch (substancesearch.com) Oral dose (mg): common 200-500 Oral duration: onset 1h · peak 4-6h · total 4-6h · after-effects 1-2h Note: ranges are harm-reduction guidance, not a prescription. Start low, go slow, and test your substances.
Tip: for quicker logging you can also add a Custom Unit in the app, e.g. common dose ~ 350 mg (Oral).
The app keeps custom substances simple, so the full dose ranges live in the description text above. Ranges are harm-reduction guidance, not a prescription.
