    Summary dose.wiki TripSit

4,4'-DMAR (para-methyl-4-methylaminorex) is a stimulant of the amphetamine class. It acts as a monoamine releasing agent, with pharmacological properties comparable to MDMA. It is extremely potent, estimated at 5-10 times more potent than MDMA as a monoamine releasing agent, and has a longer duration. Unlike many amphetamines, 4,4'-DMAR lacks TAAR1 agonism, meaning it does not auto-inhibit its own effects, potentially making it more dangerous.

    Dose Information Drugs.Wiki

Dose basis. Dose figures for 4,4โ€ฒ-DMAR come from scattered user reports from 2013-2015, not from clinical study. The EU's 2014 risk assessment linked it to 31 deaths in about a year, recorded typical oral doses of 10-60 mg with 10-25 mg described as a low dose, and noted that effects can take more than an hour to start in some people, which leads them to redose. It has also been sold as ecstasy. The ladder follows Drugs.Wiki, which sits at the low end of the EU figures.
