    Tolerance

Build-up develops within days of regular use; analgesic tolerance faster than respiratory depression tolerance
Reset Falls quickly once you stop, at a rate you can't judge. After any break, treat your tolerance as gone.

No tolerance chart. Our decay curves for opioids were estimates, and a curve can make tolerance look longer-lasting than it is, which is the dangerous direction.

Opioid tolerance drops fast when you stop, and even a few days off can be enough, so a dose that used to be normal can now stop your breathing. Overdose deaths rise sharply after prison, detox or leaving treatment, and tolerance also falls during a hospital stay. After any break, start with a much smaller amount, try a test dose first, don't use alone, and keep naloxone within reach. Alcohol, benzodiazepines, gabapentinoids and other sedatives make an opioid overdose much more likely.

A Few Trials positive exp #103454

Before we jump into the details of MT-45, a little about myself. I have been around the block a bit myself with opioids before. In my flirtations with Lady Poppy, I have tasted several natural and synthetic opioids: heroin, kratom, opium, poppy tea (oddly enough, my favorite opiate of the bunch -- nothing can quite bea...

Definitely Worth Study neutral exp #98544

I acquired a sample of this substance, not having much experience with opiates. This is supposedly an opiate analog that is 80% as potent as Morphine. I'd have to say from my initial study, that the statement is correct.

Mild but Fun cautionary exp #105759

I acquired 1 gram. I had no real ideas about it besides what receptor it bound to (mu negative). A classic opioid it seemed. I have had experiences with vicodin/ oxyΒ’s before (as in chew up a bit too many for my own good). The first time I tried it I did it as a suppository.

The PsychonautWiki Journal logging app doesn't include every substance. To track MT-45 there, start adding an ingestion, search for the name, and choose to add it as a custom substance. Paste these values:

Note: ranges are harm-reduction guidance, not a prescription. Start low, go slow, and test your substances.

Tip: for quicker logging you can also add a Custom Unit in the app, e.g. common dose ~ 52.5 mg (Oral).

The app keeps custom substances simple, so the full dose ranges live in the description text above. Ranges are harm-reduction guidance, not a prescription.
